1. Imported computer system equipped to control slitting and scoring, finishing blades adjusting within 15 seconds.
2. Auto adjustment of slitting speed and scoring speed according to the speed of production line.
Max slitting speed: 1500m/min,Max scoring speed: 300m/min.
3.Manual Grinding and Auto Grinding are all available. Grinding method & timing is optional. Electric correction. Max correcting gap: 150mm.
4. Slitting knife and scoring wheel is/are controlled by independent cylinder. Unnecessary to stop machine when changing specification. Precise positioning and slitter precision is ±0.5mm.
5. Scoring depth controlled electrically. Three scoring modes of convexity to convexity, convexity to concave, and convexity to plain for option.
6. 200 sets of orders stored. Easy to change.
7. Diameter of thin blade: φ260mm,thickness: 1mm,Sharp blade and long-service time. (oil)Air- atomization to cool off blade, no deformation and pollution.
8. Minimum slitting speed: 150m/m. Minimum scoring gap: 140mm.
